I found a vitamen complex that really works. I have very bad arthritis in my knee arm and shoulder. Nature's Bounty- Maximun strength- Glucosamine/ MSM Complex. I take one pill every morning, trust me the pain is gone. Read the warnings before you buy incase of drug interaction. My dad takes them and he takes heart medication. His doctor said it was ok for him to take, he's now pain free. Try it and become a new man!!

I bought it a supermarket next to the vitamens. There are different brands and some are twice as much. Natures Bounty is $10 for 60 pills. Some other companies sell it for more. You also can get it at a drug store.

I have been going every few weeks for a few months to a legitimate masseusse for my backaches and arthritis(this is what happens when you get to be 60).
However, I tried a massage chair which scans your entire body and then gives you a programmed massage(to your specifications);it was great, so great in fact, that I ordered one (made byPanasonic-Real Pro Massage Chair) on EBay for 3K.
Yeah, it is expensive, but 1)I don't have to shell out $30 every two weeks for a massage;2) I can get relief every day and 3) Can use it from the comfort of my house.
ps I use glucosamine/chondroitin also.

You don't owe me athing!! I hope it works, then you'll be speed typing the service plays faster. I'm taking your advice and playing everything the same. I figured out that my big plays lose more than my small ones. That would be great if you could post fade service plays, I'd be on them like white on rice!!

I am not too sure if I just had a good day yesterday or if this stuff works ... I am the type that does not like taking meds .. I will suffer for as long as possible before I take them .... but I had one of my good days yesterday without any meds..just this vitamin(or what-ever it is) ... I woke up hurting as usual .. just took one ... I will let you know later today ...

YES ... It does help ... I have not taken a med now in 2 days and I am ok ... Still in slight discomfort as always but I am able to do everything I need to do without taking meds ... I usually would have to take 24mgs of ibuprofen for two or three days to feel like this ... I have 2 bad disc besides arthritis ..

That stuff is amazzing, I haven't felt this good in years, and I only have been taking them for 2 weeks. My left arm had been hurting me so bad that I couldn't even pick up a gal. of milk. Since I started taking the vitamens, I'm back to lifting weights again and can't wait untill this year to play pain free golf!
