Your so correct Jack. Florida St has a long rich tradition of college excellence on the grid iron. Bobby is a hall of famer and 1 hellava coach. I hope that one day my lil ole school can aspire to what FL. St has accomplished.

I will close my pie hole until we compete for a national championship. Which will be never cause we dont deserve to even be on the field with great schools like Fl st, ND, Oklahoma, or LSU.

It is a BEAUTIFUL day in Beantown! There is a certian bounce in everyone's collective step in this town after a Red Sox win, especially after the way they won last night.

My man, let me try to break this down for you so you can understand what I am saying. I forgot that when you live in the Stix, things go a lot s-l-o-w-e-r...

• College recruiting is as much of a crap shoot as the MLB draft. Just because the 'experts' think you have a top class it doesn't guarantee anything. So I do not get excited that FSU has a top 5 class.

• Bowden is one of the all-time greatest coaches, but just like it will be your time to retire from the cornfields at some point, it is Bowden's time to go. Then again, he isj ust a figure head and doesn't do much 'coaching'. Although with a new coaching staff this year, things may be better. Their offense has been horrid the last 4 yrs and hopefully the coach from LSU will get the job done. But, at the end of the day, he is the head coach and should be held accountable for what has been a rough 3 or 4 yrs in Tally.

• Because Petrino got a job in the NFL, does not make him a great coach. Can you say Lou Holtz? Can you say Steve Spurrier? Countless college coaches do not pan out in the NFL.

• Did Schnellenberger win a title at L'Ville? When Bowden took over FSU they were horrible. Much like the Scnellenberger and Petrino Cardinals...how many National Championships are hanging in the end zone of the Pizza Box?
