I shot a 30-06 once, wont do that again. I was looking thru the scope to close, and when i shot the gun the recoil kicked back and split my head open Had to get stiches above my eye.

Last time I went deer hunting...many, many years ago a so-called friend almost shot me with a 30-06.

Hey, KB. I already put a little $$ on the Sooners. I usually don't bet on OU but I had to put a unit on em for the conference championship. I have a nephew who's a huge Ohio State fan. We talk shit with him all the time. He'll be a transient OU fan this weekend.

A lot of hunting goes on here, i just never was interested in getting up at 4 am and sitting in a tree

I eat Deer, friends of mine hunt so i get some deer jerkey and deer stew from time to time. Its good eating

I've never hunted deer either, but this morning on my way to work, a huge beautiful buck at least 10 points ran right across the road one car in front of me. I would have loved to drop that sucker.
