yeah i'm in all high risk stuff. just got my quarterly statement yesterday oct-dec. ($2,245.59) loss i about puked right then and their. thats alot of pizza hut buffet's i just lost right there. in 3 months. i moved 75% of my funds to bonds 1st thing this morning.

I assume you're in for the long haul. If so then you shouldn't be worrying.
