I went skiing once in Colorado.....took me 1 hour and 45 minutes to get down that damn mountain.....spent most of the time on my ass putting my skis back on.

1 hour 17 minutes and I'm gone! BOOOOOOOOYAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!

that's the greatest part about it! you ski for like 45 minutes straight! Actually ski for about 15 minutes, take a breather, then ski for another 30. Love it!

That is where I go is in Colorado. I have heard the skiing back east is not very good. The snow is different I hear and the mountains are not as steep and things like that. But that is just what I hear. I have been to a lot of place in CO like Steamboat, Wolf Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Durango Mountain, Crested Butte.

I've been to Vail, Breckenridge, Steamboat, and Aspen.

You're absolutely right, skiing back east SUCKS! I went to Lake Placid a couple years ago and it was awesome, but as far as any of the local resorts, they are horrible! It sucks when you ski for 45 seconds and you're at the bottom of the hill.

How about it Mike .. I would love the winters years ago .. Now I hate it .. I do not mind the cold that much, but all of our outdoor activities at the nursing home have to be moved indoors. And we all know what the inside of nursing homes smell like. I do enjoy the change of season but it's just too cold to go outside. Takes me 3 times as long to take a piss now. Sometimes it's so cold it takes me 3 minutes just to get lil Willey out of my shorts. Most of the time I just piss myself. It warms me up at first, then the nurse has to come and clean me up. Whoooo Hooooo!!!!
