Urgent Please Read/respond!!!!

Fuck Fed ex. I've had nothing but billing issues with Fed Ex. Our company got hit with a $655 invoice on freight we had billed 3rd party. Acct # was written in the correct spot right on the fedex airway bill. But because the 3rd party box wasnt checked it got billed to us. I called and switched it and they still wanted to charge me $10 service fee. Fed ex sucks. We use UPS or DHL.
