I hear ya Bry......We (me and wife) got a call from Slumberland (furniture company) they said our account is deliquent (sp).....We pay our bills online.....Sent the payment on the 8th of Nov (payments are sent out like money orders) someone at slumberland cashed the money order on the 16th.....and they still haven't credited our account. How can they say our account is late when the payment was cashed two weeks ago....WTF? Stupid people.

our company has 4 accts with volvo and they misapplied a payment and now say one of our accts is delinquent.
