i know a lady who blew .10 which in ny the limit is .08. so barly above the legal limit. she got a good attorney. and listen to this offer. $5k donation to the town. and they dropped the charge down to non moving violation. she took the deal. cause if she didnt, she'd be facing DWI fines, higher insurance, and if you get snagged again you loose your license manditory here in ny. it was alot to pay but it made it go away. see money talks!!!

I agree but driving to endanger can mean many things like laying rubber, doing donuts and other pretty minor stuff. The DUI is never on the record.

No, ZERO DUI's on their record and NO DUI anywhere on their record. It's much cheaper for the court to drop it down and move on if nobody was hurt. It happens all the time up here. Driving to Endanger = No jail time, a shitload of less fines, no counseling, no loss of license, not on insurance or your record anywhere as a DUI.

    Big difference.

But thanks again for getting my back, buddy

Simply not true Kaz. I personally know quite a few guys who blew in the machine and were clearly DUI. They had a great lawyer and it was dropped to "Driving to endanger". A much lesser offense. If you have the cash for a great lawyer, it is easy to do unless property or people were hurt.

NO....well by the looks of the turn out neither did the ppl of indianapolis. My god the shots of the parade on the streets was sad. the streets were 1 deep filled with Tens of people.

then in the stadium they opened it up for free and that place holds like 80k and only 40k showed up. wow talk about sad. now i know it was cold out, but give me a break. if that was in chicago, green bay,minny,buffalo,detroit.....they'd be packed and 100k ppl in the streets.

dont forget the Steelers they took 70000 fans to Detroit

Kaz, why are you over there looking for trouble any way

The name calling on his behalf was wrong, but he is somewhat correct. He has been charged with DUI, not convicted yet, but i am sure he probably was drunk and if so you would be correct
