fvk I wish I did pal ... I was hurting last night ... it really sucks having a bad back ... the only thing that helps me is my therapeutic chair and Advil's ..

I had heal spurs and had them taken out 3 times ... a Dr told me about 6 years ago to put a heal insert in my shoe and they would help .. never had one after that ..

I know your foot problem is different from a heal spur but I just want you to know that they really helped me ....

I do that every morning Wayne .... I take my little guys for a walk before I have my first cup ... they love it .... and so do I ...

spark is a better man than i. the first i do is make a beeline for the coffee maker. can't do anything without my cup o' joe.

I only have one dog Spark and he's 3 1/2 now but what a great pup. You take a nice walk on a crisp morning and he loves it too. Very relaxing and enjoyable for me (and my dog).
