    kinda...I guess it's more like Hunan Chinese that other styles of Chinese cuisine since it's generally pretty spicy. but not all of it is. They use curry and red peppers quite a bit. The staple of most Thai restaurants is a dish called Pad Thai which is a kind of thin, narrow noodles. You can add chicken, shrimp, beef to it. You can add red chili pepper sauce for spice to taste. They have other chicken and vegetable dishes also. Thai Kitchen also has the best fried spring rolls I've ever eaten.

    They usually spawn in the Spring. I figure, since they don't have a calendar, they have to go by water temperature. Hell, they can start spawning in December with the messed up weather we have around here.
