TRUE STORY from the ATT Tourney when it was still The Crosby .
You know Phil Harris and Bing Crosby were best buds back in the Caveman days . Phil like Dean Martin was a well know DRINKER . Bing and Phil would travel around in their own private cars doing shows etc.

Well one night after a Show they were driving through Lynchburg , TN . And they drive right by the Jack Daniel Distillery and it was ALL LIT up like a Chirstmas tree .... Bing looks over at Phil and sez ... see they CAN make that SHIT faster then you can drink IT !

Phil takes a little nip out of his ever present Flask ... giving Bing a knowing look and sez ..... Yeah will I got the SOB's workin' Overtime .......

I just had another trade rejected. Remember when i talked about that Vlad trade?

I offered Vlad Guerrero (76 points) & Boof Bonser (starter for Minny with 16 points and more K's than innings pitched) for Matt Cain (34 pts) & John Lackey (36 pts). I was told i needed to give more than that. What am i missing? Vlad gets about 6-10 points a day and he has more points this year than Cain and Lackey COMBINED ... and Vlad missed a week. Wtf ... There is NO WAY i can give Vlad up without something major in return.

No problem. Hunter has 63 points and Vlad has 72 on the season.

I hear ya' but Vlad missed a week. I also have no interest in trading Vlad for another OF. Remember, i'm doing this to make room for an OF coming off the DL and if i wanted another OF, than i probably would just keep Vlad at that point.
