Brookfield zoo ... Better bring your rolling skates

Adison LOVES the zoo....) I grew up like 30 seconds from Brookfield Zoo,(insert your joke here) so it'll be good to go there.

Right now Monday and Thursday. We're gonna spend most of Monday there, and then we're going to the Brookfield Zoo on thursday.

The rest of the time, I think we're gonna stick downtown.

I will let you know 100% later on tonight. I need to talk to the boss and make sure we got our schedules in sync!

She hates it...but knows she needs the extra little attention.

No, she's in Berwyn at an assisted living facility.

She hates it...but knows she needs the extra little attention.

just my mom. This will be her first time seeing Adison, so that makes it that much more special. She's getting up there in age, and can't get around as much as she used to....so it's that much more important to visit with her for a day or so while we're there.

Other then that...just a very good friend from high school that we'll be hanging out with. His girlfriend has a nice condo about a block away from Wrigley and she is letting us stay there and she is going to stay with him all week, so that cut down on a HUGE amount of money with having to pay for a hotel.

Leaving tomorrow night and driving through the night so Dimer's daughter will sleep most of the way hopefully.

Should be there by mid morning Saturday...take a nap and then head to taste of chicago late saturday afternoon.

Got tickets for Friday and Saturday's Cubs game vs Houston next week, so I'm very stoked.
