Of course right but the thing is if we have been talking with each other consistently over the past few weeks even if it has been initiated primarily by me you would have to figure she would think something has to up with me not talking to her and not giving her attention all of a sudden right?

Funny you say this because on Tuesday she left work early to pick up her daughter and I phoned that night and left a message on her voice mail saying I was calling to see how her daughter was feeling. Then on Wednesday morning I went and told her I left the message about that asking about her daughter and she claimed she didnt get it cause she didnt check it cause I left it on her home phone and not cell phone. But either way the main reason why I think I have been messing everything up is because I have been over agressive. i have been continuosly going to her desk and talking to her throughout the day without allowing her to approach me. I have always been the instigator so that was Wednesday. On Thursday I decided to not talk to her and see if she came to me. Unfortunately we just crossed paths and said hello but she never came to my desk at any point throughout the day and the conversation was nothing between us for the first day in the past few weeks. I know she must have thought why hasnt he came and talked to me or whatever but she never approached me all day which I found strange. Then on Friday I was planning on doing the same thing waiting for her to come and talk to me but felt really sick with the flu and didnt go to work. So basically I wont have really had a normal coversation with her until Monday since Wednesday so really need to figure out the best way to approach Monday and what to do???

When You Go Out Always Talk About The Kids And Make Her Laugh Regardless Of What You Do Find Something To Do To Make Her Laugh When You Do You Will Realize That She Is Enjopying Herself.which In Turn Makes You Feel Better.

Based on what you have said you seem to have been in a similar situation or two to what I am in right now. So do you agree with the ingoring thing that I am planning on doing next week with just subtle "hellos" and "how was your day" type stuff but nothing serious until she asks me "whats up" or "are you mad at me?"
