On ebay, when a buyer screws you and does not pay for an item, you can than add that buyer to a "blocked" list, and they can no longer bid on your items

How about a block feature for the forum??

it's probably not do-able, but you could have a feature that would block certain members from posting in your thread

chucks list would start off with Kappa & MCP(althought they are banned, so its a moot point about those 2)

It would have to be in the profile or edit options area, a member could add a name and the blocked person would not be able to post in that members thread

It probably is too complicated to implement, so forget me and my big mouth

If you put someone on your ignore list you will not see their posts or their threads . it is what it says .. it ignores that user
