SA - Twice 5 game ats losing streak
Phoenix - 7, 6, and 5 game ats losing streaks
Miami - 7 game ats losing streak

This is to be expected. The heavy chalk teams that are favoured almost every game should have these long losing streaks. The double up method works well with eraddic teams like Milwaukee

you guys might want to do a little research into this if you have a large bankroll as it seems quite a good way to make money ...
What does "eraddic" mean? Is that even a word?

Just some good natured ribbing. I'm sure it was not taken personally.

Don't know the final numbers yet but I am assuming it was an off night as there was alot of chalk that came in tonight. As any linesmaker in Vegas will tell you, people like betting the favorite and the over. Most of my customers fall into that category as well so it was probably a losing evening as far as I am concerned.

in my handicapping specialty, you lay chalk as par for the course. anyone who only bets fighting sports at less than -150 is going to a)not have a lot of plays and b)probably not make a lot of money, the closer the numbers the more likely the fight is evenly matched (although not always) and you'll be closer to 500 which in a sport like this is murder on your profits. boxing is all about who wins, sometimes I'll consider the chalk as too high but if I believe the fighter wins, I play it. the risk management for me is bet size and the higher the chalk then to protect myself I try to win less on a unit basis, so the occasional high chalk loss is offset by a few wins. it works fairly well, and there's nothing better than watching a public sparring session where the fighters get paid, and I do too. it might only be a half unit, but 50$ is 50$.

I like proportional betting. betting a % of your bankroll.
