Please add taking notes for each repositories

I would like to take notes for the repositories that I starred. Now I am doing it manually here: https://github.com/salihmarangoz/sal...EPOSITORIES.md

I think this would be useful because I start forgetting what they were for or if there were any problems, etc.

Also, it would be good to switch to a compact view of the list of items.
