  • Template Calendar & planning of marketing campaigns

To maintain the dialogue with your contact base it is essential to correctly formalize a planning of marketing campaigns over the year. We naturally think of offline advertising campaigns that must be anticipated, and regular newsletters, but this can affect all channels. In B2C, many companies define a strong theme each month / quarter, and then decline this theme on all customer relationship media: website design, social networks, emailings, etc. The timing / content of the campaigns can be based both on moments in the life of your company – new products in particular -, on new content to share, and on the good old calendar of the year.

To help you plan your marketing emailing campaigns we have two resources to offer you Template Campaign planning GSheet format > To formalize easily. 2020 Marketing Calendar > For content ideas. 2020 Consumer Email List marketing calendar Planning of marketing campaigns in Excel / GSheet format To help our clients define email campaigns throughout the year, with variations by country / target, we had the opportunity to use an Excel / GSeet template, easy to read (and to share internally from coup) while remaining scalable.

Each campaign is defined in a very simple way with a title and a quick description, that's enough at this stage. We use a colored sticker to indicate the status or type of campaigns. It's very easy to modify if you want to add other key information to each campaign: deadline, target country, etc. The lines can be used to break down the campaigns by target or by country. Generally, the first lines are used to define the main campaigns that apply to everyone, and then we start to decline.
