Unfortunately all free agents want to go to Miami, New York, Chicago or Los Angeles. We are stuck here with more rookies, a lot of money and not much else!

I don't understand that with the history the C's have. I'd love to play in Boston. Passionate fan base, owners and management that want to win. Kinda perplexing to me why they haven't landed a big one the last couple years...

The weather doesn't help. Weather is not good in Chicago or New York either but things close early in Boston and the nightlife in NY & Chicago go on til 4 am. Boston also doesn't have any stars that would make a free agent join them. Rondo isn't it!

I really thought Boston was close to getting Love kb. Some reports up here said it was a done deal. Now I don't think it happens because he will probably go to G.S. or somewhere else. They were going to put Love with Rondo and they thought it would be enough to get someone like Melo to come here and join them. Boston has a TON of draft picks but no trade partners as of yet.

I would be shocked if Melo left NY. His wife is from there and she has a show there. They LOVE NY and I find it hard to believe he would leave. I guess it's possible though!

There is 1 Free Agent out there that I think would make OKC a Champion. Marcin Gortat. He is a Free Agent that can score, rebound and defend. He would be a great inside presence with Durant, Westbrook and Serge. It would clog up the middle well with Serge & Gortat and Perk could come off the bench or get rid of him and have Adams as the backup. That would be the perfect signing IMO but a lot of people want him!

There was quite a bit of talk about trading Perkins for Gortat with either Lamb or Perry Jones and I would have loved to see that happen! He is a perfect fit for OKC imo.
