FoxTrax Or That Stupid Glowing Puck
When Fox won a contract to broadcast the NHL in 1994 it decided people needed the puck to glow in order to be seen. This was stupid.
As Canadians know you do not need laser to see a puck. You just need eyes.
The stupidity of Fox's move was immortalized in a Molson Canadian commercial.
FoxTrax was retired in 1998, around the time Fox gave up on hockey.
