Just booked very large play on UNDER in UAB/FIU game at 136.
At first glance, UAB averages 75ppg and FIU 67ppg, so this total looks deceptively low. But these are two teams whose offensive numbers are skewed by some very strange games: UAB scored 94 vs New Mexico in Double OT, 94 vs Newberry, and a string of 85+ point games against weaker opponents. FIU had a string of lopsided victories against Warren Wilson, Florida College, and Bethune Cookman that massively inflated their scoring average. In league games so far this season, FIU averages just 60ppg, and have held opponents to just 62ppg at home. 62-60 is much closer to the score I expect from this game - two evenly matched conference opponents who have both scored more than 10ppg less in conference games than in the early slate.
I think it will be close, I think it will be relatively low-scoring, and I think both teams are likely to play a huge majority of their conference games under this number.
UAB/FIU UNDER 136 BIG.
Good luck all.
