- Clock stops if offense gains less than a yard, but runs after an incomplete pass (except last 2 minutes 1H and last 5 minutes 2H)
- Defenses can use multiple pass coverages now (instead of just man-to-man)
- Possession changes at end of each quarter
- Play clock lowered from 40 seconds to 35 seconds
Does this seem to make a higher or lower scoring game?
1) doesnt matter
2) 2 min warning, could make more scoring
3) less scoring w clock keeping ticking
4)defense low scoring
5) possesion change end of qtr not sure exactly what this means????
6) play clock , no difference no one waits till play clock expiring to snap ball
