I knew they were upset, but I figured with the longstanding relationship they've had with Michael Waltrip, they'd work things out. Guess not! Wonder who they go to now? Jr is still looking for some sponsorship if I'm not mistaken.

A. Napa wanted out and this was a good excuse

B. They didn't like their car and name associated with cheating conversations all over the internet.

They've had a relationship with Waltrip for 20 years or so. Truex got them back into victory lane this year. They've been so involved with NASCAR now for so many years, I can't imagine they pull out from the sport altogether.

But, it could be A, and they wind up on the Hendrick #88 car.
