Raven, I don't understand how you can possibly say no big deal to guys like Pollard and Ellerbe. Seriously, He may have been a cancer in the locker room but it couldn't have been too bad because they won a SB with him as the leading tackler and most intimidating hitter on that defense. He was a game changer.

I know you think the Ravens have the best front office in football and they might but I also know many would disagree with you on that. Even so, you can't deny the star power lost here. It is mind boggling when you look at the 6-7 names. A ton of talent gone.

Have they lost a lot of talent, yea. Could they go 7-9 next year, yea, do I expect them to, no. Point is their front office doesn't make near jerk reactions to player moves. They always have a plan in place. When free agency starts they usually never get involved in the first few weeks. After the dust settles they look for good bargains. Their motto is right player at the right price. They picked Jacoby Jones last year in June. I will withhold judgenment on their moves until I see who lines up on September 5, 2013 when they open the season against the Patriots.

Jennings will be out of football within 2 years or earlier due to injuries.

Osi Umenyiora heading to the Falcons from the Giants. He didn't have a great season last year but at 31 I still think he has some stud years ahead of him
