  • Super Bowl Trend

Historically the straight up winner covers about 85% of the time in the NFL. The Super Bowl is no different. The straight up winner of the Super Bowl is 40-5-1 ATS (89%). Just some food for thought.

So you're saying that only 5 times in the history of the SB has the point spread come into play?

The other 41 times was a favorite covering or the dog winning outright?

I'm seeing 7 dogs losing but covering and 3 pushes.

      36-7-3 78%

      Still pretty impressive numbers though.
