Online Sportsbook Payout Question

Thinking about taking some of the funds out of my BOL account, any suggestions or tricks of the trade that any of you can share? The amount I wish to withdrawal is just under $19k. I've never had a payout over $10k, so i'm just wondering if there is anything that i need to be aware of.

Banks report large transactions to the IRS. I keep mine under 10K but not sure of current IRS rules.
