I think his call was exactly correct.

40 Seconds left as a coach there is ZERO chance of your QB and center having a bad exchange as you kneel down unless you are playing TB and Schiano.

However small, having to receive a kick then play defense has a .01 chance of happening twice with two scores.

i agree , it was a 4th down play , thats why he declined the penalty sf gets the ball on downs & game over . if its 3rd down he takes the points .
