That's it for me betting the NFL until the real officials are back on the job. I had the Packers last night. That is one of the worse beats I have had in recent memory. Not only didn't Golden Tate not have possession of the ball, but he should have been called for offensive pass interference for pushing Sam Shields down with both hands while the ball was in the air. It is hard enough to handicap NFL games with good officiating but with the replacement officials you might as well just flip a coin as to who to bet. Too many games are actually being decided by the officials. Calling stuff that shouldn't be called and missing calls that should have been made is definitely having an effect on the game. Right now the outcome of NFL games is too open to chance as to who wins. Since chance is not something I can handicap into a game, I will just sit back and watch this garbage until the real refs return.
