Preseason games are played Thursday thru Monday most weeks the teams don't get the customary full week off. Since most starters only play a short period with the exception of usually the 3rd preseaon game the league does not woryy about short rest for the players. Right now this year they expanded to 90 guys in camp so plenty of bodies out there.

So Im guessing Brees will play 2 series'. You never know what Belicheat is thinking right now. Daniel looked good for Saints backup. Mallett may be improved as Pats backup. Maybe the over, but it is set high.
