I think it's a bad way to spend the money. Freeman can't throw the ball, he's already got receivers. They should be a running team and need D. They shouldve used the money on Mario Williams or Finnigan, and drafted another beast.

Finnegan got $50M...that's absurd.

As for Freeman, he's got one receiver who had a terrible second year as did Freeman. I think Freeman still has a chance to be really good and this should help.

Now I will actually draft a bucs WR in fantasy if its the right spot. Ive stayed away from all of their recievers for a while.

V Jax got 26M guaranteed correct? Garcon got 21.5M guaranteed. I may eat my words here, but who would you rather have? Mike Williams was terrible last year because when it comes down to it, I don't think he's a #1 because he can't separate. This should help him as a legit #2. As for Benn, I like him, but he hasn't done much since entering the league.

They do need a lot of help on defense, but they also need guys to stay healthy. McCoy has been injured since draft day. If they can sign 1 DB in FA and then draft Claiborne, I'll be very happy going into next season.

I'd rather have VJax than Garçon, but I don't think the Bucs needed a receiver, they needed other positions. They had tons of money, could've gotten a Mario Williams and another beast I'm the draft

Benn had an okay year last year. I actually think he'll have a better one with Jackson on the field drawing safeties away from him. Benn's a big play specialist who needs to get behind the defense and this should help. I disagree that the Bucs didn't need a #1 wideout. Minny needs one just as badly.
