When bookmaker was seized, they switched to a European Union domain name and have continued to operate.
Bodog/Bovada obviously intends to try to do the same thing.

The larger point, however, is that the Obama Justice Department continues to make shutting down offshore sites a major priority.

""Sports betting is illegal in Maryland, and federal law prohibits bookmakers from flouting that law simply because they are located outside the country," said U.S. Attorney Rod J. Rosenstein. "Many of the harms that underlie gambling prohibitions are exacerbated when the enterprises operate over the internet without regulation."

I see only Maryland is one of the few listed states. And to think the DOJ lost not once, not twice, but 3 times with the WTO and chose to ignore the ruling. In Dec. 2011 the DoJ finally agreed that the Wire Act doesn't prohibit sites from taking casino/poker bets.

                Can you say Hypocrites!!!!!!!!!

This Country needs the Jobs and money from gambling. So stop with the bullshit and regulate the industry. You have 4 Casinos in Vegas that are for it. You already have Vegas Casinos that allow people outside of the US to play with them online. Just another screw up and prohibition doesn't work you fucking (gov't) morons.
