What do ya think of that moron Mayweather making this story racial...he said something like they making a big deal cuz he is asian, that black players do this everyday and get no praise.

I love Mayweather's talent but can not think of a single athlete that I hate more, every fucking time he opens his mouth I hate him more...wish he would just STFU and box...and by the way black players are not doing this nor are any whites, euros or any other race...facts are facts, what he has done in his first 5 games has never been matched. Lin is the type of guy to root for, hard working, never give up attitude and most of all humble.

FFuck that rice eating mo fo. Just kidding. Wonder how come Golden State and Houston didn't see this guys ability. Little like Atlanta giving up on Brett Farve 20 years ago.

He never would've done anything on those teams. He got the perfect opportunity. There's lots of talent in the NBA that never gets a chance to shine

Cant speak for the Rockets, but Golden State had Ellis, Curry, and D. Wright at the time so there were no minutes for Lin anyway. New York's historic ineptude at the PG position allowed for all this.

Carmelo Anthony has made $1,129,181 in the last 5 games he HASN'T played in. Lin has made $48,100 for the same 5 games he HAS played in. I hate the thug NBA but this guy is a breath of fresh air for sure

From what I heard on sports radio, Rockets said they had plenty on guards with nba experience on the roster currently under contract (Lowry, Dragic, Flynn, Martin) and since they were involved in the lockout, they didnt have much time to evaluate Lin, yada yada yada...anyhow big opportunity missed by Houston. Good for Lin though, like Mr Reporter said he has had the chance to shine New York, if Houston kept him, who knows they might have had him buried on the bench this whole year.

I wish him the best of luck, and he is indeed exciting to watch.......hope he can sustain just a portion of this excellent playing value.........

Warriors definitely blew this one. They released Lin to make cap room for their offer to DeAndre Jordan. Not only did they miss out on Jordan, they lost Lin in the process. Big mistake by the Front Office...
