Every Pitt fan i know up here was talking about the matchup in N.E. before the Denver game even kicked off, saying their backups could beat Denver and they were not worried a bit.
Injuries? Fuck, EVERYBODY has a long injury list, it's week 18, week 19 .......... EXCUSES, EXCUSES, EXCUSES!
Pitt got embarrassed, plain & simple!

Well yes, but if you break them down (off the top of my head)....the first was bad, rookie mistake to not look off the cb....the second I can't really recall, it was a deep pass and I think a heck of an interception if I recall but game was getting tight and he may have been at fault, and the third was a hail mary pass that was near the end of the game (I will say coaches decision to go deep no matter what and I liked the call...in this case if you getted picked, which is what happened, but hold them on 3 and out you get the ball back in almost the same place with another shot at the end, which they did but not enough time).....all in all it wasn't a bad performance not withstanding the circumstances, and that is more what I was attempting to get across.....Originally posted by jcindaville View PostDidn't he throw 3 picks?? I didn't bump my gums, had a bad feeling and I was pissed that a 12-4 team had to travel to an 8-8 teams field. Anything can and does happen on the road in the NFLOriginally posted by wayne1218 View PostAGREED 1000%!!!!!!!!!

This is on page 6 and not 1 person has brought up the biggest mismatch between these 2 teams.it's at head coach and i have to go with new england and bellicheck in a short week to have the better game plan for the game.new england gets the extra day rest and i think they had to give a lot less effort saturday than baltimore had to do sunday.when baltimore was fighting tooth and nail pats were at home getting ready for the ravens.an extra day of preperation means a lotMLB 2012***100-98 +$215 OR +2.15 UNITS

If u don't think a coaches game plan means anything to the game.Remember the.super bowl about 8 years ago when Jon Gruden had one of the best gameplans ever for the nice when they faced his former team the Raiders.I remember Tampas defense seemingly knowing every play they ran.Originally posted by tech fan View PostThis is on page 6 and not 1 person has brought up the biggest mismatch between these 2 teams.it's at head coach and i have to go with new england and bellicheck in a short week to have the better game plan for the game.new england gets the extra day rest and i think they had to give a lot less effort saturday than baltimore had to do sunday.when baltimore was fighting tooth and nail pats were at home getting ready for the ravens.an extra day of preperation means a lotMLB 2012***100-98 +$215 OR +2.15 UNITS

I wasn't talking about you jc. That's why i said "Everybody up here", where i live. They were trash talking hard and had that Denver game branded as a win already.Originally posted by jcindaville View PostI didn't bump my gums, had a bad feeling and I was pissed that a 12-4 team had to travel to an 8-8 teams field. Hey Wayne chill out. It's only a game It was said as a joke, hence the laughing heads. I thought you could figure that out. As for your Ray Lewis comment Ray Lewis does more charity work for his community in one month than pretty boy Tommy has probably done in his career.Originally posted by wayne1218 View PostMaybe Ray Lewis will stab somebody in a Boston bar and never make it to Foxboro for the game!
I expect idiotic comments from chuck but not you ..........

If you don't know what you are talking about, you probably shouldn't look stupid trying. They all do charity work, not just your boy ray ... and they all should.Originally posted by ravenmaniac View PostHey Wayne chill out. I saw the smiles. Guess i just didn't think saying amen to a guys leg getting broken was ever "Funny" to me. That goes if it was Tom Brady or Joe Flacco.Originally posted by ravenmaniac View PostHey Wayne chill out. It's only a game It was said as a joke, hence the laughing heads. I don't agree about Belechick being such a coaching savant. How many Super Bowls did he win before he stumbled upon Tom Brady. The same number of Super Bowls Tony Dungy won at Tampa Bay. Dungy became a genius when he got Peyton Manning as a QB. There are a lot of good coaches and Belechick is one of them. The reason the Pats are favored is because they have Brady as the starting QB not Belechick as their head coach.
