I do not think it was classless at all. They were running plenty in the fourth, but if you need 30 yards and are 32 yards out on MNF with 100% of the fans still there bc THEY want to see the record broken that night, I think every team would have gave the fans what they wanted right there. And even if you think from the long run perspective, now its done and behind them and they can face the next game without having to worry about that pass coming on a random play in the first quarter and how to deal with it.
