my local isnt busted out that is for sure. but knowing his customers having worked his phone a couple yrs back im sure he lost tens of thousands today. which for him is a really really bad day.Prolly the worst in years. On a normal bad day he finishes ahead 2-3k easily. he has some dog only players who im sure got rolled today, but he has 5x that or more that play chalk and parlay and im sure they all buried him bad. i'll get a more detailed picture tomorrow when i call for nfl.

spoke with my local a few minutes ago.

said yesterday was the single worst day he had in nearly a decade. he said everyone won but 5 ppl. he told me that favs do win but often dogs balance it out which causes people who play parlay's to lose on favs. that did not happen yesterday. all the chalk covering meant all the chalk betters who won both straight bets and 3 or 4 team parlays collected big. Not to mention Oregon covered thursday nite and boise did as well friday. both one sided favorites. he needs massive loses by his players today in NFL just to get close to even for the week. i of course was one of the 5ppl who lost. FML

i agree. ive just been wagering for nearly 20yrs now and know my local book well also. You figure on any given saturday top 10 teams generally go 6-4ats sometimes 7-3ats. Also typically early in season top 10 teams as we know play cupcake teams and win and cover. Oddsmakers usually catch up by week 4 or 5. This year has been a joke as chalk as a whole has dominated in ncaa football YTD. I'm not sure who comes up with these lines but whomever does should be shot dead. Seriously is someone getting paid off to set low #'s on these games??

I mean think about it the average $50-$500 per game player like 99% of us are generally plays around 6 to 10+ games on a single saturday. Big/sharp bettors play 1 game a day generally. How easy is it to just lay huge coin on any top 10 team this year and simply collect? its mind boggling.
