Fantasy Vote Needed

Hey Guys need some help here with my fantasy league. i will just provide the facts and any input would be greatly appreciated. . There are 2 owners in my league that proposed a trade. Team A is trading Plaxico Burress and Marshawn Lynch. team b is trading rashard mendenhall. The question is does this sound like a fair trade or is one owner giving up too much. Several owners have voiced displeasure over this proposal. just trying to get outside input. Thanks iin advance for any advice.
