Rules at virtually all books say the Friday night game is NO ACTION even though it will be re-started at the point it was halted.

Most will post new lines with the new puitchers even though it is being resumed.

unusual circumstance in that post-season games are resumed whereas regular season games that don't go five are just scrubbed and started fresh

I could be wrong but I don't think there will be a line on his game because it is a suspended game and even less so because the suspension took place in the middle of an inning.
