I heard Peyton Hillis is more than likely NOT playing today, he has strep throat and was sent home from the stadium already today, is he gonna come back im not sure, but looks like he prob not playing just a heads up

Cleveland Browns running back Peyton Hillis, who is recovering from strep throat, will not play Sunday against the Miami Dolphins.
Hillis was sent home sick with a high fever before practice on Friday. He came to the stadium Sunday before leaving a few hours before kickoff against the Dolphins. Hillis, who rushed for 1,177 yards and 11 touchdowns last season, will be replaced in the starting lineup Sunday by Montario Hardesty.
With Hillis sick, Hardesty got the majority of plays in practice with Cleveland's starting offense. Hardesty rushed for one yard on three carries last week in Indianapolis. The second-year back didn't touch the ball until the fourth quarter and fumbled on his second carry.
Hardesty, who missed last season after undergoing knee surgery, said Friday he would be ready if Hillis couldn't go.
"I'm confident in my body and I'm confident in my mental reps," Hardesty said. "I'm ready to go out there."
Hillis scored two touchdowns last week in Cleveland's win at Indianapolis. He is currently in negotiations with the Browns on a contract extension.Comment
