Best:
Phillies adding Pence. Their offense needed a boost.
Brewers trading for K-Rod. It stopped the Cardinals from getting him and the St. Louis closers have cost their team the season. Milwaukee has baseball's best bullpen---huge for post-season
Worst:
Red Sox for not adding a pitcher (as discussed at length in another thread)
Cardinals for not getting a closer but trading for Furcal who can't hit and who committed five erros the last six games and blew the double play that led to the awful collapse vs. the Mets
The Cubs for not dumping any of their overpaid misfits to a contender (Soriano, Zambrano, Fukodome, Dempster, Wood)
