I agree with this and was surprized that Ortiz took two punches. He had time to react to the second one, instead he looked towards the ref and got ko'd on the second punch. In my mind, Ortiz knew he could not beat Maywether and was glad it ended. He may take a rematch though for a quik 2 million if he loses again, or maybe he gets lucky and catches Maywether with a shot and scores big!
