Damn this sucks.He is my favorite player in the NFL hate to see him hurt but will be good for his career going this long without taking any hits.This has to at least let everything heal up and by next year he will come back have a great first round pick to go with him.Sux for this year but can only help in the long run.

I've always wondered why athletes pretend they want to get back on the field right away, but put off their surgeries so they aren't ready til the regular season starts. Then if something doesn't rehab right, they miss games. Seems like it happens more in the NBA and baseball, but if you have an injury that needs to get operated on, do it right away instead of waiting. JMO
