          I really think Williams should/could go #1

The Cavs would be brilliant if they did that because it would leave Irving, Walker and Knight still there with them picking again 4th. It is a guarantee that at least 1 of those 3 PG's are still available at #4. You get Williams and a top PG to build on. Just seems like the right move IMO.

I agree. I guess they can have one of the foreign bigs to go along with Irving because at least 1 of Kanter/Valanciunsis will be available. Give me Williams and one of the 3 pg's if I'm the GM

I like Derrick Williams, but Irving is the best PG, those other guys aren't that good. I get why the Cavs will be taking Irving. They don't want DJ Augistin, they want Chris Paul

Walker is every bit as good if not BETTER than Irving IMO!

My thoughts exactly. Foreign guys are usually soft and so hit & miss. Give me Williams and Walker for 10 years and i'm feeling better!

The Hawks are trying to trade Josh Smith to the Wolves for the No. 2 pick in Thursday's draft, sources tell Yahoo's Adrian Wojnarowski.
The Hawks are reportedly high on Turkish C Enes Kanter and want to grab him at No. 2. Due to their status under the salary cap, the Wolves could take on Smith's $13 million contract without sending back matching money. Kanter would immediately step in as the starting center in Atlanta, pushing Al Horford to his natural power forward spot. However, it's unclear if the Wolves want Smith. They already have Kevin Love at power forward and Michael Beasley at small forward.

The Cavs are expected to take Lithuanian C Jonas Valanciunas with the No. 4 pick even if Turkish C Enes Kanter is on the board, sources tell ESPN's Ric Bucher.
Valanciunas' buyout situation with Lietuvos Rytas apparently isn't scaring the Cavs off. He's not expected to be eligible to come to the NBA until January at the very earliest. At 6'11/240 with touch, Valanciunas has drawn comparisons to Pau Gasol.

Milwaukee have agreed in principle to a three-team trade with the Sacramento Kings and the Charlotte Bobcats that will put shooting guard Stephen Jackson in a Bucks uniform, multiple sources said Thursday.

The Bucks will get Jackson and Charlotte's Shaun Livingston, Sacramento's Beno Udrih and the 19th pick from the Bobcats in Thursday night's draft, while Charlotte obtains the No. 7 pick from Sacramento and forward Corey Maggette from Milwaukee.

The Kings will get guard John Salmons from Milwaukee and the 10th pick in the draft. Charlotte will hold onto the No. 9 pick.

I agree that Williams should go 1. He is the best in the draft. I love JIMMER and hope he lands with Nash in Phoenix!!!!
