I don't think at this point the Govt. is going to freeze bank accounts with money which was won at an offshore, and if they did, simply withdrawing the money before they did this wouldn't do any good especially if these dickheads went to the trouble to trace the money to the account in the first place.
For the record, Bookmaker is still accepting wagers at their new website and last I heard from "'someone" who spoke to them today, still accepting deposits and doing withdrawals.

Apparently with Osama bin Laden out of the way and Al Qaida weakened significantly, I guess Homeland Security had decided that for now anyways online gambling and Offshores are the next biggest threat to the safety of our country!

UPDATE: Bodog.com is not named in the indictment, but their website now redirects to Bodog.eu. Either they anticipate trouble or are simply hoping to avoid the embarrassing FBI warnings in case the government turns on them.

I still think it is a quick but bad storm which is will blow over and come September, folks will once again be betting football as usual with their Offshores, and that by then, Feds will have found something new to flex their muscles over and try to scare folks-you'll see!
