Found some interesting information about NBA teams when the line is 10 points or more. Here it is. Hope somebody finds it helpful.

Western Conference Favorites of 10 or more points are 14-6 ATS when playing an Eastern Conference Opponent
Western conference favorites of 10 or more points are 8-14 when playing a Western Conference Opponent.
In combining both conferences double digit favorites seem to be the play when they are playing non conference games. When playing teams from the opposite conference the favorites are 19-9 ATS. On the contrary, when the double digit favorite is playing teams from their conference the underdog seems to be the play. Double digit dogs are 30-14 ATS in conference games
