RichRod to Coach Pitt

Buddy of mine who lives in Pitt and has some connections in the athletic department at the University of Pittsburgh said the big rumor going around is that RR is gonna be interviewed for the Pitt. job. He knows the Big East well and what better way of stocking it to the Mountaineers than beating them in the back yard brawl. Certainly would create a lot oif interest. What do the Pitt fans think.

My family is from WV and my cousin played at Pitt so I followed both teams for along time. I can tell you that WV fans hate richrod and if he ends up at Pitt it will be bigger than any Backyard Brawl ever.

No way Raven - I've been all over the Pitt websites and message boards and there will be an even bigger revolt than what they have now! I'm hearing the package of PSU assistant Tom Bradley and former UF d-coordinator (and Pitt player) Teryl Austin could be the hire, but most fans seem to want Todd Graham from Tulsa. Regardless of what they do, they have a huge mess to clean up and everybody in that city wants A.D. Steve Pederson fired ASAP! He ruined Nebraska football and he's trying to do the same at Pitt....

I can tell you that my dad and mom got divorced and my mom re-married my dad's brother so now my father is my uncle. I affectionately call him "uncle dad" All this being said....WV fans hate richrod and if he ends up at Pitt my brother/cousin and I feel that it will be bigger than any Backyard Brawl ever.

I will tell you this if it adds to your pleasure. My dad had eight brothers and sisters. My aunt Ruby marries this guy Jay and they have a daughter. Well Ruby dies about 2 years later so my "uncle" Jay marries her(rubys) other sister Izabell and they had two daughters. So those 3 girls grew up cousins/sisters. Only in West Virginia
