can someone explain how atlanta was only 6 point favs vs. Seattle?

that play was such an obvious no brainer it was foolish. how are these odds makers making so many bad #'s this year?? I mean i have never seen this many favorites that were not only favorites but obvious and huge amount of wagers on them just cash in week after week month after month.
