Magic acquire Hedo Turkoglu, along with Jason Richardson and Earl Clark in exchange for Vince Carter, Marcin Gortat, Mickael Pietrus, and a 2011 first-round pick and cash considerations.

If they can get Arenas for the most overpaid player in the league in Rashard Lewis, I think the Magic would be the team to beat in the East.

Magic getting rid of Carter and Lewis is a big boost.

The original Carter move was TERRIBLE. So they go out and get the same player back in exchange for him??? LOL. The Magic make the dumbest moves I've ever seen from an organization in basketball.

I agree with you tho...Lewis is the most overpaid player in the league however I do find it interesting to see how Arenas makes them better and they will definately have some chemistry problems when they aquire him (I personally think it's only a matter of time). They are going to run into some problems with soo many players needing to handle and shoot the ball and a point guard who isnt a great facilitator. Dont get me wrong...Nelson is a nice point guard but he's a scorer primarily and a dimer secondly. Maybe Turk can pick up his dime totals if they bring in Arenas because honestly I can see the Magic becoming an isolation team REALLY quickly and that bodes badly for deep playoff runs.
