Question - half point parlay card

I'm at Delaware park and they have a sportsbook but they only offer parlays. Is a 1/2 point parlay a more stupid wager to make than a traditional parlay? If so, why. A 1/2 point parlay card is a Card where every game ends in .5 to avoid any ties. So all the favs are juiced a bit more. I am usually taking the dog anyways so it helps me...just want to make sure before I make a large parlay wager. Thanks.

Personally hate parlays as they are too hard to hit thus the high payout. The reason they are doing 1/2 pt parlay is so that their is no tie on any of the games which when then reduce the parlay down from say a 5 team to a 4 team parlay. So in a way they are taking advantage of the situation.
