When does the "smart" money bet?????

I was lookin at the lines today and I had three jump out at me..

Washington -1 over Arizona st. I think after beating USC this line is way to low. I look for Washington to have a letdown and lose this game. I checked back later and the line already jumped to -2 Washington...

Tex Tech -2 over Baylor. I actually like Texas Tech in this one alot. Tex tech got crushed by Iowa St last week and Baylor crushed Kansas. I think this game is even or Baylor favored by game time and Texas Tech wins it easy.

Last.....

Georgia -11.5 over Tennessee. I don't think Georgia should be favored over anyone. Let alone by 11.5. But when I checked back at the lines it jumped to 13... Is this the public money or is it smart money moving these lines early. I can see the Washington line moving up but not this line at all.

I hope to get your thoughts on these games. See if you all agree with my reasoning. Thanks in advance.

Almost made a oddsmaker game of the week on Georgia like I did with Oregon and Stanford last week but wanted to hold off.

At first look lean big time towards Georgia. But for some reason this doesnt seem right to me. My gut tells me so.

I do like Arizona st. and Baylor

Two weeks in a row someone on this forum had Georgia as their GOY and Georgia tanked both times. If nobody picks Georgia as their GOY you know Georgia will win by 25 points.

Totally disagree with you on the Baylor/ TT game. In fact I am gonna have a write-up today or tomorrow with Baylor as my game of the week. I really think the wrong team is favored in this game IMO.

I would love to be in the room when Vegas put the line out on UGA.I would just like to know the reason and what they used to make them that big of favorites you know.Only thing I can think is Tenn is coming off a big let down and UGA is trying to not lose 5 in a row.20*Bombs will be dropped on UGA and ALL the services will be giving out Tennessee as 20* locks. Vegas does a great job every year picking about 5 games that look to good to be true like this one and the team plays the best game of the year.You watch by the end of the first half you will hear the announcer say "Where has this Bulldog team been all year".They won't fumble,wont have turnovers and will play a flawless game.It's crazy.I hope it goes to 14 and I'm playing a 3 game 10 point teaser Tenn,Alabama and Florida and hope for the best.
