This is correct.

Without the wind, the total on this game would likely be 6 1/2 or 7.

I have no pick. It's all just too weird. The Wrigley Field win has created many bizarre games over the years---Phillies beat the Cubs 23-22 a few years ago-----but the line is amazingly high for two teams that don't hit much and two very strong pitchers.

The line is still hanging out there.
