Penn State is offensively challenged and was only giving Kent state 21. The won by 24-0.
Temple tough defensively hangs within this number IMO...

I think that will be low scoring game... Only thing that sux is that Temple sucked against Cent Michigan, I didnt touch the game against UCONN and didnt watch it, I was surprised they won the game.
